European Central Bank has cut the interest rates to record low, ECB President Mario Draghi said that there are pressures on the European economy.


European Central Bank has cut the interest rates to record low at 0.75%. The refinancing rates have been cut by 25 basis points. The overnight deposit rates  to zero. ECB President Mario Draghi said that there are pressures on the European economy.
