After retiring as the Chairman of the Tata Group Ratan Tata has joined the Global Ocean Commission (GOC). GOC is a unique platform which brings International Leaders and other eminent personalities. The key responsibility is to identify the key threats to the high seas which make up almost half of the Earth’s Surface and is not owned by any country.
